Most items ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of your order, however, please check the item description for actual lead times, as some items are special order and can take 7-10 business days to ship.  Many items ship directly from the manufacturer.  You will be notified by e-mail when the item ships and provided a tracking number.  Some items ship for free and this will be noted in the description.  PLEASE NOTE:  We ship within the continental United States ONLY --  International shipping, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not available at this time.   

Occasionally an item may backorder from the manufacturer.  If this occurs, you will be notified of the due date and given the option of leaving the item on backorder or receiving a full refund.
